Now, whatever deductions you make here, your in-hand salary will be around ₹820 to ₹85,000. But this will be based on your Seventh Pay Commission. If any of you have any idea, the Pay Commission changes every 10 years.
Every government employee 's salary is revised. So, if your in-hand salary under the Seventh Pay Commission is between ₹80,000 and ₹85,000 per month, if the Eighth Pay Commission is implemented and your basic pay increases, your starting salary will be between ₹1 lakh and ₹100,000. And this isn't just for IB officers. This will apply to all central-level vacancies, and everyone will receive this salary increase. The SSA, the social security allowance you receive here, is not available to anyone else. This salary won't be available in any other position.
