About :

 HMR Institute of Technology and Management also known as HMR and their ug admissions in engineering management and it courses HMR is a private college under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is approved by AICTE and offers B.Tech BBA and BCA programs.

Faculty and Courses : 

HMR has experienced faculty, many of whom have industry experience and phd qualifications. They teach all the core and advanced subjects, depending on your course if you choose B.Tech., you study branches like computer science, electronics, mechanical, and civil and for BBA BCA, you learn subjects like marketing, finance, programming, database and more. Faculty focus on practical learning through labs and projects.

Students also get to attend workshops, soft skills training, group projects, seminars and guest lectures by industry experts and alumni, which help prepare them for real career environment. There are also extra activities like technical festivals, cultural events, competitions,  clubs and industrial visits to companies, which help students grow beyond academics.

Eligibility and Admission : 

Now, talking about eligibility, if you want to apply for B.Tech., you should have passed class 12 with a minimum of 55 percent and PCM as subjects. You need to appear for JEE Main or IPU CET for engineering admissions for BBA or BCA. You need at least 50 percent in class 12 with English and appear for IPU CET, then participate in the IP University counselling process.

Campus and Facilities : 

The campus is equipped with modern classrooms, labs, a library, computer labs, a sports area, and a cafeteria. It is a non-residential college, but you can find many PG and hostel options nearby as Rohini is a very student-friendly area.

Placements : 

Placements are decent with many students placed in companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL Tech, and others. Average packages are about four lakh per year, and some students get higher packages too.So, if you are looking for a private college under IPU with helpful faculty, updated courses, campus life and good placements, then HMR is definitely worth checking out.
