About 

Rajasthan Technical University is generally referred as (RTC). The institution operates from the campus of University College of Engineering (formerly Engineering College Kota) and is located on Rawatbhata Road, Kota 324010, in a lush environment near the Chambal River. The legal body acts as a technical institution in Rajasthan, overseeing the academic standards, curriculum, and examinations for numerous colleges. The Honourable Governor of Rajasthan is the Chancellor, and Prof. Santosh Kumar Singh is the Vice-Chancellor (as of 2025). The organization was founded in 2006 by the Government of Rajasthan to enhance technical education in the state.
