about – ddugu is in gorakhpur, uttar pradesh. state university, large campus, residential + affiliating. old university (started functioning around late 1950s). has faculties in arts, science, law, education etc. campus has classrooms, labs, library, student hostels, mess, sports grounds. students are mix of regular + affiliated college students. vibe is academic but not super fancy — some infrastructure old, some modern. culture of seminars, research, events, and collaboration. professors generally accessible. mess + hostels give full campus-life feel. many students stay late for practicals, assignments, group work. overall serious, student-friendly, traditional university feels with some modernisation.
