Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced that CUET scores will now be considered as a secondary option for B.Tech admissions (Code 131) starting from the 2025–26 academic session.
Earlier, admissions were mainly based on the JEE Main merit list. Now, after seats are filled through JEE Main, the remaining seats will be offered based on CUET merit.
Students planning to apply for B.Tech programmes at GGSIPU are advised to also appear for the CUET exam to increase their admission opportunities.
Details about required subjects and admission guidelines are available in the UG Admission Brochure 2026–27 on the official website.
